50-64 YEAR OLDS NOT AT RISK

WE HAVE A CLINIC ON FOR SATURDAY 19TH DECEMBER. IF YOU FALL INTO THIS AGE GROUP WITHOUT ANY PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS PLEASE CONTACT THE SURGERY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

This clinic is by appointment ONLY please attend alone unless a family member has an appointment also. Face masks must be worn within the surgery. Please sanitize hands upon arrival. There will be a strict one way system in place, please arrive as close to your given time as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: eConsult is now linked with the NHS App so if you have access to the app you can send an econsult through there. If you DO NOT have an NHS App log in and just want to send a quick eConsultation through to us please select 'CONTINUE AS A GUEST' rather than 'continue with NHS LOG IN' when filling in the form.
