We have changed our non-urgent online medical/admin queries system. We are now using AccuRx rather than eConsult. This system still works in the same way and allows you to submit requests without calling the practice. As we already use AccuRx to message patients it will streamline our contact with you regarding the query and also allow you to respond to us and send photos/further information if necessary.
 
This system will be open to use within our daily opening times and depending on the query, we will always aim to action your request the same day but always within 2 working days for admin queries.

Please note - If your query is urgent please call the practice as this system is for non-urgent queries.
